PROFILETelevision has been a passion of mine since my childhood when I would seek behind the set to see all the tubes aglow and wonder how they could produce video and audio. Oh yes, I had to touch and take apart always adjusting to get the best picture and sound and always had a very hard time watching other people's sets when the people are red and the grass had a bluish look to it. I always knew there had to be some way to get a correct picture without spending a fortune on a television. Enter the ISF (Imaging Science Foundation) founded in 1994 which is in the Display Standards industry and is dedicated to improving the quality of electronic imaging. Well I just had to be one of these guys so I went to one of their fine educational seminars and became ISF certified. I have taken a passion and turned it into my profession with only one goal in mind and that is to bring the best possible image to your television for your viewing enjoyment! My background consists of an AD degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University with 30 years of experience in the electronic service industry working on computers, displays, printers, and networking. I have a wealth of customer service knowledge on what it takes to satisfy and develop and maintain business relationships.
